Description:

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee and manage financial accounting and reporting processes.

🔹 Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

🔹 Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support.

🔹 Conduct financial analysis and generate reports for management review.

🔹 Manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

✅ Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally ERP) and advanced MS Excel skills.

✅ Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial regulations.

✅ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
