Senior Accountant

Description:

Mathews Metal Manufacturing LLC, located in DIP-1, Dubai, is urgently hiring a Senior Accountant to manage core financial functions and contribute to the company’s financial health. This position requires a highly competent professional with in-depth accounting knowledge and a proactive approach to collections and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all general accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing.

• Monitor and control accounts receivable activities and ensure timely collections.

• Ensure full VAT compliance, adherence to local regulations, and internal control processes.

• Collaborate effectively with external auditors, clients, vendors, and banking partners.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive financial analyses to support management decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA certification is highly preferred.

• 5 to 10 years of solid accounting experience, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

• Proven track record in managing collections and credit control.

• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and ERP systems.

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.

• Candidates with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments are preferred.
