Fleet Line Shipping is hiring a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team based in JAFZA, Dubai. This is a key role within the organization, supporting the financial stability and compliance of a fast-paced shipping and freight forwarding company.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting functions, including but not limited to bank, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically within the freight forwarding or shipping industry, ensuring familiarity with industry-specific accounting processes and challenges.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge in account finalization, audit preparation, and tax compliance, particularly VAT and Corporate Tax as applicable in the UAE. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools is essential for success in this role, alongside excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external auditors.
