About the Job

As our Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of the full accounting cycle preparing and reviewing IFRS-compliant financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards, while driving an efficient month-end close through accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and audit schedules.

You’ll be responsible for VAT filings and corporate tax reconciliations and filing, liaise with regulatory authorities, and support budgeting and forecasting processes by analysing variances and providing actionable insights.

In addition, you will strengthen internal controls, streamline accounting workflows, and collaborate closely with the cross-functional teams to deliver process improvements. Finally, you will play a key role in developing our finance talent by mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CA, CPA, or ACCA certification preferred
• 2–3 years’ experience in finance/accounting as a Senior Accountant ,preferably within an international consulting firm or multinational corporation
• Deep expertise in IFRS, UAE VAT law, and corporate tax regulations
• Exceptional English communication skills (written & spoken),Chinese speaker will be a big value
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
