Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to take full responsibility for daily accounting operations, financial reporting, VAT and tax compliance, and financial planning support. This position reports directly to the Head of Finance and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, and ensuring effective internal controls. The role also requires exposure to feasibility analysis and financial modeling to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation and reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies, and financial modeling.
• Maintain strong internal controls and improve accounting processes where needed.
• Work closely with senior management to support financial planning and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability and willingness to join within an average salary range.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience within the UAE or GCC region.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally and ERP accounting systems.
• Strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and effective communication skills.
