Senior Accountant

Description:

Links Corporate Consultants is looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join their team in Ajman, supporting Real Estate and Facility Management operations. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting processes, preparing financial reports, ensuring UAE VAT compliance, and maintaining accurate records in ERP systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external auditors, ensuring financial accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with local accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and attention to detail are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and management reports

• Perform reconciliations for banks, suppliers, and inter-company accounts

• Ensure VAT accounting, filing, and compliance with UAE regulations

• Support internal and external audits and maintain accurate ERP system records

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; UAE experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or Master’s degree is a plus

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software; Oracle NetSuite preferred

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and high attention to detail
