Senior Advisor & Ciso Community Manager

Description:

This is a dual-position combining strategic advisory responsibilities with community leadership. The role is fully remote and ideal for an experienced CISO, Deputy CISO, or VCISO with a strong peer network and a growth mindset.

You will play a key role in shaping CyberFind’s platform, activating our CISO community, and contributing to the verified intelligence that powers the product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Building and Engagement

• Recruit CISOs into the CyberFind Founding Circle.
• Develop engagement programs, moderate discussions, and strengthen peer interactions.
• Encourage verified vendor evaluations to enrich CyberFind’s proprietary dataset.

2. Strategic Advisory

• Advise on HRM and broader cybersecurity market trends.
• Provide expert input on CyberFind’s review model, scoring frameworks, and category roadmap.
• Support webinars, briefings, and CyberFind’s “State of Human Risk Management” and future research reports.

3. Trust and Ecosystem Development

• Represent CyberFind in professional CISO networks, Slack groups, private forums, and events.
• Ensure CyberFind’s platform remains unbiased, high-trust, and built for security leaders.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, VCISO, or senior cybersecurity leader.
• Deep familiarity with HRM, awareness training, identity security, cloud security, or GRC frameworks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working in a startup environment
