Lines & Visions International is currently expanding its leadership capacity in Muscat and is seeking a Senior Architectural Engineer with a proven record in design development, authority coordination, and multidisciplinary team management. The role requires both technical depth and strategic oversight across all project stages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide design and technical leadership from concept through IFC on large-scale architectural projects.
• Lead and coordinate with architectural and design teams, ensuring clarity of vision, design excellence, and quality across all deliverables.
• Ensure proficient use of Design Tools, maintaining coordination standards and model integrity.
• Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities, fostering strong professional relationships.
• Manage project timelines, resourcing, and inter-disciplinary coordination (MEP, structural, ID).
• Ensure compliance with Omani building codes and support authority submission processes.
• Promote the integration of international best practices with regional design and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural practice (GCC experience is highly preferred).
• Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-phase projects across all stages.
• Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval procedures in Oman.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM management. Familiarity with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Rhino is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to lead presentations and manage teams.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience and ability to mentor junior and mid-level staff.
