Description:
We are currently seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join a leading asset management firm, overseeing a diverse portfolio of hospitality, commercial, educational, and mixed-use properties across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in asset management or property management, ideally with exposure to hospitality or mixed-use assets
- Strong operational and financial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to increase value and enhance returns across assets
- Proven ability to implement improvements that boost performance and drive business growth
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for being hands-on with assets
- Confident liaising with property managers, consultants, and internal/external teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple sites and disciplines
- Based in or willing to work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of day-to-day performance across multiple assets, ensuring operational excellence
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee property management teams
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance asset value and financial performance
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure assets are performing at their full potential
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and improve returns
- Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for portfolio growth
