Requirements/Qualifications
- Should be having a prior background in banking/financial industry. (At least 3-5 years)
- Must be having hands-on experience under BA space (At least 7-10 years)
- Must have worked on multiple IT/Business based project under BA capacity and involved in end-to-end projects lifecycle.
- Must be having excellent functional knowledge in any of the given domain (Personal Banking, Business Banking, SME, Wealth Management, Digital Banking or corporate banking)
- Prior Technical background is definite plus
- CBAP or any BA certification is definite plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must be having Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and willing to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in creating detailed BRDs and other project documentation.
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies is a plus.
