Description:

We are seeking a Senior CGI Designer with proven expertise in producing photorealistic architectural visuals for interiors and exteriors. The candidate must combine artistic sensitivity with technical proficiency, bringing luxury projects to life through compelling renders, animations, and immersive visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-end photorealistic architectural renders (interior, exterior, materials, and lighting).

• Develop strong visual storytelling aligned with luxury real estate branding.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to ensure delivery of premium visuals.

• Contribute to animations and immersive presentations (Unreal Engine or Enscape preferred).

• Enhance visual outputs with advanced post-production in Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior CGI Designer, with a strong portfolio in luxury real estate or premium projects.

• Proficiency in 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona (or Blender + Cycles); knowledge of SketchUp is a plus.

• Strong post-production skills (Photoshop).

• Strong understanding of composition, materials, and luxury design aesthetics.

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine or Enscape is an advantage.
