We are now expanding our elite team and looking for an experienced Senior Client Partner to drive high-value sales and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult & Advise: Guide clients through off-plan investments, market trends, and financial returns.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth investors and buyers.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: Utilize strong sales, negotiation, and closing techniques to maximize revenue.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on new project launches, investment opportunities, and Dubai’s real estate landscape.
• Strategic Lead Management: Convert high-quality leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups and closing strategies.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.
• Proven track record in closing high-value off-plan property deals.
• Strong network of investors and buyers, with the ability to generate new business.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, RERA regulations, and investment trends.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
