Senior Client Relations Managers

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including activating new leads and following up on potential opportunities.

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring a superior level of service.

- Perform individualized client analysis and implement appropriate actions.

- Proactively promote our products and services to clients.

- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures, while providing recommendations for process improvements.

- Establish individual goals for team members, track performance, deliver constructive feedback, and share expertise to maintain high team motivation.

- Identify development opportunities, provide coaching, and support the professional growth of team members.

- Foster an environment where team members feel encouraged to share ideas for enhancing personal and collective performance.

- Drive team success by consistently achieving set targets.

- Act always in the best interests of the company and collaborate closely with the wider Client Relations team on business development initiatives.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest product launches, marketing campaigns, and associated terms and conditions, effectively communicating these to clients.

 

 

Main Requirements:

- University degree in a business-related discipline.

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service or sales; prior client-facing experience in the financial services industry is highly advantageous.

- Native or fluent proficiency in Russian and Uzbek, combined with excellent spoken and written English.

- Proven people management and leadership abilities.

- High level of reliability and personal integrity.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Energetic, innovative, and strongly results-driven.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Advanced computer skills and digital literacy.
