Role Overview:

CLS Security is seeking a dynamic and connected Senior Commercial Consultant to lead business development initiatives and manage key accounts. This is a senior role requiring an established client base and the ability to close high-value contracts for static security, event coverage, and close protection services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage your existing client base to sell CLS Security’s services.
• Acquire new B2B clients in the hospitality, diplomatic, events, and private wealth sectors.
• Build proposals and tailor service solutions with operational teams.
• Represent CLS at strategic meetings, hospitality expos, and VIP client events.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and lead upselling initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and identify new revenue streams.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Dubai Driving License
• 5+ years UAE Experience
• Active network in Dubai’s hospitality, events, or embassy sectors.
• Proven ability to close and grow long-term service contracts.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or French is a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM reporting skills.
• Security industry knowledge is essential.
