Senior Concert / Programming Producer

Description:

This is a strategic role responsible for owning the concert programming and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead programming strategy and development of concert formats and live products
• Own the full lifecycle of each concert: concept → budgeting → negotiations → execution → post-event analysis
• Negotiate with artists, agents and partners (fees, revenue share, guarantees)
• Build and manage event P&L, forecasts and profitability
• Define pricing, ticket strategy and commercial positioning
• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Technical, Finance and Sales
• Be accountable for revenue, attendance and financial results of the concert line
• This person should act as Product Owner for concerts, combining artistic vision with strong commercial and financial discipline.
