Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Construction) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-impact construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with UAE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Manage risk, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions when required
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and forecasts
- Control project costs and ensure optimal resource utilization
- Lead site meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in construction project management
- At least 3 years of UAE construction experience
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
