This role is for designers who use AI as a creative partner — not a shortcut — and can elevate campaigns across digital, social, and live event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design execution for major sports and event projects  

• Develop strong visual systems across brand + digital  

• Produce social, motion, and campaign-ready creative assets  

• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and creative production  

• Collaborate with marketing, production, and broadcast teams

What You Bring

✔️ Strong portfolio with agency-level design quality  

✔️ Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite  

✔️ Hands-on AI tool experience (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.)  

✔️ Speed, taste, and high creative standards  

✔️ Sports/events experience is a strong plus
