GLMA Agency is seeking a skilled and versatile Senior Designer to join our on-site team in Dubai. We’re looking for someone who can bring creative concepts to life across various design formats, with a strong grasp of design tools, visual storytelling, and emerging creative technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visually impactful designs for digital and print platforms
- Create high-quality visual assets aligned with project goals and timelines
- Use After Effects for animations or visual enhancements when needed
- Apply 3D design skills to create assets or enhance visual concepts
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to support and improve creative output
- Collaborate with team members, take feedback positively, and contribute to creative discussions
- Ensure high attention to detail, consistency, and timely delivery across projects
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Skilled in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
- Good working knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Experience with AI-based creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway ML)
- Strong visual design sense, layout skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar design role
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
- A portfolio is required – CVs without a portfolio will not be accepted
