📢 We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Sharjah. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring a professional with strong analytical skills and proven expertise in digital marketing within the UAE perfumes industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning strategies, managing branding and positioning efforts, overseeing content publishing and scheduling, preparing performance reports, monitoring market trends, and executing effective SEO and ORM strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Apply strong analytical and data-driven approaches to develop and optimize campaigns.
• Drive lead generation across multiple platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, X, and TikTok with a focus on sales conversion.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge in Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
• Support the development of strategies and sales funnel designs to maximize ROI and CPA, while establishing KPIs for campaigns and tests.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns across all stages of the project life cycle.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase lead generation.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using diverse web analytics tools.
• Create compelling marketing materials for lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain professional expertise in video and photography best practices to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the UAE perfumes industry (portfolio links are mandatory).
• Excellent command of English and native proficiency in Arabic.
• In-depth understanding of lead generation strategies to meet ROI objectives.
• Must be a current resident of Sharjah.
