Description:
The Senior Digital Strategist will lead digital growth strategies while also contributing creatively to content ideation and production. This role requires a strong balance of strategy, performance thinking, and hands-on creative capability—someone who can plan, analyze, and create.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated digital strategies across paid, organic, social, SEO, and content
- Translate brand objectives into content-driven digital campaigns
- Create and oversee digital content including social posts, presentations, basic creatives, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors while being hands-on when required
- Plan content calendars aligned with performance goals and brand tone
- Lead performance marketing strategy and optimization across key platforms
- Analyze campaign data and consumer insights to refine content and media strategy
- Prepare decks, reports, and client presentations
- Guide and mentor junior team members on both strategy and execution
Creative & Technical Skills
- Strong content ideation and storytelling skills
- Hands-on experience with:

- Canva (social posts, presentations, quick-turn creatives)
