Senior Director Strategy

Description:

You will lead and manage a wide variety of projects across arts, culture and Real Estate sectors, consistently meeting timelines and budgets. Attention to detail and intellectual rigor will drive the creation of client-ready deliverables across all project phases.

Responsibilities

Ensure all work is grounded in robust analysis and actionable insights, shaping clear strategic narratives.

Build strong client relationships and influence stakeholders, aligning with the company's commitment to compelling storytelling.

Developing innovative concepts, frameworks, and case studies, positioning the firm as a cutting-edge leader.

Articulate and develop a clear strategic vision for projects and help the strategy team translate these into actionable strategies and operational plans.

Manage the economic aspects of strategic initiatives, ensuring viability and measurable returns for both clients and the company.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand client engagements and contribute to the growth of the firm's portfolio of clients.

RFP Management, author, lead and oversee FFP responses, ensuring compelling, timely submissions.

Qualification and Experience:

Qualification:

Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Management.

Professional Project Management qualifications would be an advantage.

Some travel within the GCC region, once every 3 weeks.

Experience:

To succeed, you will need a proven track record in a strategy role at a senior level, gained over a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

Experience working with government entities, from a Management Consultancy, Design or Brand

Consultancy, or Event Planning and Production background is highly desirable - although your specific industry background will be less important than your attitude, ability, and propensity to learn quickly on the job.
