Senior Executive - Finance

The Senior Executive - Finance will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing all financial activities to ensure the company’s fiscal health. This role will involve financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, managing accounts payables and receivables, bank reconciliation, and supporting the organization’s growth while achieving profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the annual budgeting process and long-term financial forecasting (including preparing MIS reports, P&L accounts, etc.).
Perform various accounting functions including daily recording of transactions, financial period close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
Prepare bank reconciliations and communicate variances to the finance department for resolution.
Maintain books of accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of intercompany transactions, resolving errors/exceptions.
Follow-up with business lines and stakeholders to close open accounting items.
Oversee month-end close activities, posting journals, and recording prepayments/accruals.
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and analysis.
Support audits, including statutory, tax, and GST audits.
Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), including service AR, circulation of AR reports, and managing AR credit limits.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
2-4 years of experience in finance, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interpreting results for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Agile and flexible to changing needs and ad-hoc requirements.
