Position Available: Senior Executive Operations
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of vessel schedules, arrival & departure reports, TDR, and TPR for vessels at UAE ports.
- Management of mainline vessels including Berth Window, Schedules, Prompt Berthing, and Quick Dispatch.
- Coordination with terminal vessel planner and Terminal for loading plans and documents.
- Liaising with Vessel operator for booking summaries and approvals.
- Organization of Dangerous and Awkward Goods approvals.
- Monitoring of Empty Overdue and dwell time.
- Efficient space utilization for company benefit.
- Collaboration with Regional HQ on daily operations.
- Oversight of idling shipments and connections at hub ports.
- Communication with Upper Gulf agents and customers for seamless operations.
- Space and Traffic Management.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate.
- 5 – 8 years of operations experience in container shipping in the UAE.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Familiarity with shipping systems and portals.
