Senior Graphic Designer

Description:

Shuraa is hiring a dynamic and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join its Marketing team in Dubai. This role requires a highly creative professional with strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, branding, and digital performance creatives.

The ideal candidate should be capable of leading design projects from concept to execution, creating compelling visual assets across digital, print, website, and advertising platforms, while also guiding and mentoring junior designers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative development for digital and print campaigns across multiple brands

• Design high quality marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, reports, presentations, emailers, and social media creatives

• Develop performance marketing ad creatives in collaboration with the performance team

• Work closely with the social media team to conceptualize engaging content and campaign visuals

• Create motion graphics and animated creatives for digital platforms

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and user focused web interfaces using Figma

• Translate marketing objectives into clear and compelling visual communication

• Maintain strong brand consistency across all verticals

• Present creative concepts and take ownership from idea to final execution

• Review and refine designs to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards

• Guide, mentor, and provide creative direction to junior designers

• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high production quality

• Deliver projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and creative development

• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, website layouts, and motion graphics

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Strong working knowledge of Figma for UI, landing pages, and web layouts

• Experience in motion graphics and animation

• Strong understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad design psychology

• Ability to lead projects independently and guide junior team members

• Strong conceptual thinking and creative ideation skills

• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
