We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of placing Portfolio Managers and/or senior research professionals.
We welcome experience across all investment strategies, including equities, macro, fixed income, credit, commodities, volatility and systematic trading.

The role
- Source and place Portfolio Managers, senior analysts, researchers and other senior investment professionals with leading hedge funds and proprietary trading firms.
- Build trusted candidate relationships, developing an understanding of their investment approach, track record and career ambitions.
- Manage searches from initial approach through interviews, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop client relationships and identify opportunities across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
- Build deep market knowledge within your chosen strategy or specialism.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market intelligence, develop opportunities and deliver successful placements.
What we’re looking for
- A proven track record of placing Portfolio Managers and/or senior research talent with leading hedge funds or proprietary trading firms.
- Strong knowledge of your specialist market, whether discretionary or systematic.
- An understanding of investment strategies, team structures and compensation.
- The credibility and discretion to build relationships with senior candidates and clients.
- A thoughtful, persistent approach to identifying and engaging hard-to-reach talent.
- Commercial ambition, ownership of your work and a collaborative mindset.
- An interest in building a long-term career in Dubai. We welcome candidates already based in the UAE and those considering relocation.
