Senior Interior Designer

Description:

As an Interior Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing interior spaces that meet client requirements while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in 3D modeling, Virtual Reality (VR), and cutting-edge design technologies to bring innovative and immersive solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts and plans for interior spaces, including layouts, material selection, lighting, and finishes.

Create 3D models and realistic renderings to visualize design concepts.

Utilize Virtual Reality (VR) tools to provide immersive presentations and walk-through experiences for clients.

Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to execute high-quality projects.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring design solutions are delivered on time and within scope.

Attend client meetings and presentations, incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and new technologies to continually enhance design quality.

Produce technical drawings and specifications for contractors and builders.

Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in interior design or architectural firms.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit).

Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) design tools and software (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity).

Strong knowledge of design principles, space planning, and materials.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
