🎯 Who We’re Looking For

 

A design-driven professional with:

 

8+ years of experience in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, or mixed-use projects

 

Exceptional design sensibility and strong conceptual thinking

 

Advanced 3D visualization and rendering skills

 

Strong material knowledge and detailing capability

 

Ability to lead projects from concept to execution

 

You must be someone whose renders make clients stop and say:

“This is exactly what we want.”

 

🔥 Core Requirements

1️⃣ Render & Visualization Excellence (Non-Negotiable)

 

Expert in 3ds Max / Corona / V-Ray OR equivalent high-end rendering software

 

Strong in Rhino / SketchUp / Revit modeling workflows

 

Ability to produce ultra-realistic interior renders

 

Strong lighting control, material mapping, and post-production skills

 

Deep understanding of atmosphere, mood, and spatial storytelling

 

Your portfolio must show:

 

High-end realistic renders

 

Strong composition

 

Advanced lighting

 

Refined material palettes

 

Attention to detail

 

If your renders look generic — this role is not for you.

 

2️⃣ Design Intelligence

 

Strong concept development

 

Ability to create mood boards & material palettes

 

Experience with luxury finishes and custom detailing

 

Knowledge of FF&E sourcing

 

Experience with client presentations
