Senior Knowledge Analyst

Description:

You will work on client engagements in several ways: as part of an engagement team, leading a workstream in area of expertise; providing short-term support delivering key insights in content-focused questions.

You will operate as part of an engagement team, typically consisting of a team of 2-5 consultants led by an engagement manager. You will lead a workstream of client engagement where you will create holistic and sustainable impact. You will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve your piece of the overall client puzzle. You'll synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior client leaders to implement change.

You will support the development and maintenance of capabilities (assets, knowledge, tools) and drive complex analyses to provide unique insights for client serving teams and clients directly.

There is flexibility to hire at the Senior Knowledge Analyst or Knowledge Specialist level, depending on candidate experience.

Qualifications: -

• 8+ years of experience in the logistics industry and a highly developed understanding of the relevant content area.
• International Consultancy firm experience is a MUST.
• Hospitality, Travel and tourism industry background.
• Advanced business knowledge.
• Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment.
• Proven ability to work effectively both in teams and independently; able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Both English & Arabic.
• Flexibility to travel.
