Senior Labware Lims Architect

About the Role: NRV Lab Informatics is seeking a highly experienced Senior LabWare LIMS Architect for a critical, time-sensitive system optimization project with a premium enterprise laboratory client in Abu Dhabi.

This is a hands-on, highly technical contract role. You will be responsible for auditing, re-engineering, and optimizing an existing enterprise LabWare LIMS environment to improve throughput, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure stringent regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and optimize existing Visual Workflows, LIMS Basic scripts, and complex SQL queries.
• Redesign laboratory workflows to reduce system friction and improve operational turnaround times.
• Configure and deploy LabWare LabStation for bi-directional instrument integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Modify and develop complex SAP Crystal Reports for Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
• Ensure all architecture and automated audit trails strictly adhere to ISO 17025 and local data integrity standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience developing and architecting LabWare LIMS solutions.
• Expert-level proficiency in LIMS Basic, LabStation, and advanced SQL.
• Strong background in SAP Crystal Reports development.
• Proven track record of taking over and optimizing legacy LIMS implementations.
• Location & Availability: Must be currently based in the UAE and/or available to start working on-site in Abu Dhabi within 30 days.
