Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Landscape Architect to join our team! In this role you will get to work in a young and dynamic team for the delivery of creative public realm design of varying scales. What You'll Be Doing
- Preparation, design and presentation of high-quality landscape concept drawings.
- Produce technical design packages through to tender.
- Undertake contract administration of projects.
- Liaise with juniors and plan, program and delegate within the team structure.
- Coordinate with other relevant disciplines such as Irrigation Designers, Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Architects, Master planners and Quantity Surveyors.
- Maintain regular liaison with clients and client representatives.
- Develop contracts within budget parameters and provide accurate costing information to clients or quantity surveyors.
- Prepare maintenance plans for completed sites.
- Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of technologies
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of industry codes/standards/health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods, and how these influence design decisions.

- Be self‑motivated, able to contribute as part of a team, and also work independently when required.
- Demonstrate an understanding of key design related computer programs such as Revit, Adobe suites and 3D modelling software such as Sketch Up and Rhino.
- More than 7 years of continuous employment within the profession of Landscape Architecture.
- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or any relevant Degree.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages, especially Arabic, is highly regarded.
