Description:

MBG Corporate Services is seeking a Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) to join its expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in corporate finance and strategic advisory, capable of working directly with boards, senior executives, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop investor-grade financial models and perform comprehensive cash flow planning.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly board packs and investor updates.
  • Provide strategic insights and guidance for fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and business expansion.
  • Conduct detailed unit economics analysis and optimize pricing structures.
  • Execute scenario planning and manage financial runways effectively.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably from a consulting background.
  • Strong exposure to the UAE market is advantageous.
  • Advanced academic qualifications such as an MBA, MSc, or recognized professional credentials (ASA, CBV, ACCA, ACA, CFA).
