Madison Pearl have been mandated by one of the largest global investors to hire a Senior Manager, Finance to their team. The ideal candidate would be an Emarati with 15+ years of experience with a leading investment bank in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading financial analysis, financial reporting, and investment planning
• Defining the department’s strategic financial goals
• Designing the department’s strategy
• Leading the preparation of financial statements
• Identify and mitigate risks

Key Requirements:

• Emarati with 15+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Finance or related fields
• Proven leadership track record
• CMA or CPA qualifications preferred
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting is a must
