We are hiring a Senior Manager - Artificial Intelligence for a leading organization in Dubai. This role is responsible for driving AI innovation, governance, assurance, and the successful delivery of enterprise AI solutions while ensuring compliance with Responsible AI principles and industry best practices.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Contract Duration: 15 Months
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions.
- Drive AI assurance, governance, and Responsible AI practices across the organization.
- Oversee AI model validation, testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to shape AI strategy and roadmap.
- Present AI use cases, risk assessments, and assurance outcomes to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
- Mentor teams and promote AI best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of overall experience with 5-7 years in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
- Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Python, Java, or C++.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and AI Governance.
- Experience with Azure AI services (AI Foundry, Azure ML, Citadel), AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
