We’re Hiring: Senior Manager Warehouse & Material Management
Looking for a self-driven, goal-oriented Senior Manager – Warehouse & Material Management with a proven track record in:
- Managing modern warehouse operations and material management.
- Optimizing international supply chains and ensuring operational excellence.
- Leading site operations and driving team performance.
- Material/supply planning and purchasing.
The role, based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, offers the chance to oversee end-to-end warehouse and materials management operations while maintaining high standards of health and safety, regulatory compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small and motivated team responsible for material planning, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Ensure the maintenance and regulatory compliance of the Jebel Ali site and infrastructure.
- Oversee purchase planning, goods-in and goods-out logistics, and quality control to meet customer needs.
- Input into demand forecasts in coordination with the sales department.
- Maintain accurate records and report weekly/monthly performance metrics via ERP and CRM systems.
- Drive a culture of honesty, transparency, and compliance within your team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing and optimizing distribution-based businesses in a similar sector.
- Strong expertise in ERP, CRM, WMS, MS Office, and data analytics.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the MENA region.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal staff, customers, and suppliers
