MASA Trading is looking for a Senior Motion Designer (Arabic Speaker) to join our marketing team and bring our brand to life through compelling motion graphics and video content. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to produce high-impact visuals for campaigns, product launches, and digital channels. Ideal candidates are passionate storytellers with a strong design eye, looking to make a meaningful impact and grow into a leadership role as our team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, 3D artists, and editors to deliver unified narratives.
- Elevate brand storytelling through kinetic typography, transitions, and emotional pacing.
- Translate complex ideas into visually engaging, digestible animations.
- Manage multiple timelines, ensuring on-time and high-quality output.
- Maintain consistency of motion language across all platforms and formats.
- Provide creative input in campaign development and brainstorming sessions.
- Work with voiceovers, background music, and sound effects to enhance multimedia projects.
- Edit and mix audio elements to create immersive soundscapes for videos, animations, and interactive content.
- Ensure high-quality synchronization between audio and visual elements for impactful storytelling.
- Utilize tools like Adobe Audition, Audacity, and Logic Pro for sound editing and enhancement.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years plus experience in designing, with a minimum of 5 years in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling
- Arabic Speaker
- Strong portfolio showing a range of 2D/3D motion design projects.
- Mastery in After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
- Deep understanding of storytelling, timing, editing, and composition.
- Experience with brand videos, UI animations, kinetic typography, and social ads.
