Senior Network Security Engineer

Description:

Senior engineer to provide hands-on operational support and project delivery for a client's network and security infrastructure — firewalls, load balancers, NAC, and secure email in a fast-paced, ticket-driven, SLA-bound environment.

Strong expertise in at least FIVE of the following domains:

• Firewall & Security: Palo Alto
• NAC: Cisco ISE
• Load Balancing: F5 or Kemp LoadMaster
• Routing & Switching: Juniper
• FortiMail
• Kemp
• ITIL

Core Requirements:

• 8+ years in Network & Security Engineering with client facing/managed services or in-house enterprise environment
• Working knowledge (able to troubleshoot independently, not necessarily configure from scratch) of the remaining domains
• Strong incident/ticket management discipline — root cause analysis, documentation, SLA adherence
• Comfortable working solo at a client site with minimal supervision
• Certifications preferred
