As a Senior Personal Shopper, you will be the face of our brand, building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering personalized shopping experiences, and curating exclusive selections tailored to their unique tastes and occasions.

 

💼 Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales and Business Development:

• Achieve and exceed jewelry sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the jewelry market, staying informed about industry trends.

 

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• While CRM knowledge is beneficial, it is not mandatory for this role.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.

 

Exhibition Participation:

• Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in jewelry exhibitions and trade shows.

Showcase products, engage with potential clients, and represent the brand professionally.

 

Flexible Working Hours:

• Adapt to flexible working hours, especially during peak times such as exhibitions and events.

Effectively manage time and workload to meet business objectives.

 

Travel:

• Travel as needed to attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events.

Efficiently coordinate travel arrangements and maintain accurate records.

 

Sincere Six-Day Working:

• Demonstrate a commitment to working six days a week with sincerity and dedication.

Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

 

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English is required.

Knowledge of an additional foreign language would be a plus.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in jewelry sales or a related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
