Senior Planning Engineer

Description:

We are currently hiring a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a reputed and well-established civil construction company based in Dubai. This role is best suited for professionals with extensive exposure to high-rise construction projects and strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
• Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings (40+ floors)
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for detailed project planning and scheduling
• Develop, monitor, and control baseline and updated project schedules
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and prepare recovery and mitigation plans
• Prepare and analyze manpower histograms, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts
• Conduct delay analysis, prepare claims, and support detailed project reports
• Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment
