Description:
narescocontracting is looking to hire a Senior Planning Manager to oversee and manage the master time schedule of the Project as well as raise and give suggestions to Management to resolve issues arising from the Project in a progressive perspective.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Represent the company in the project progress meeting (Internal & Consultant’s Progress)
- Address and inform Management in project-related matters by means of direct reporting, emails or through various reports and meetings
- Ensure review of daily site progress reports before the submission to the Consultant
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers and site team while monitoring the progress, and in case of any discrepancies, alarm the management for resolving the issues
- Review all the key reports prepared by the Planning Engineers
- Supervise, advise, and lead the Planning team in terms of ensuring work quality, detailed reporting, accuracy, and on-time reporting
- Finalise the letters initiated by the Planning Engineers
- Draft letters in terms of project progress related matters or any matters as required
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve the issues affecting the project timeline
- Provide support to the Planning Engineers to develop the Master Program, schedules, EOT, etc.
Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar field
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
