Senior Product Designer

Description:

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer for a major financial institution, this is a long-term, embedded engagement where you'll take full ownership of a high-traffic corporate web platform.\

This isn't an agency project. You'll work as part of the client's internal team, replacing an internal resource and driving the design of one of the region's most prominent financial websites.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning end-to-end design of a major corporate website
• Driving continuous improvements to customer journeys and site experience
• Integrating and designing around marketing campaigns
• Managing and directing a team of designers
• Championing customer acquisition thinking across every design decision

What we're looking for:

• Portfolio of large-scale corporate or institutional web platforms
• Proven experience leading designers , not just senior IC
• Strong understanding of how design drives acquisition, conversion and retention
• Financial services or enterprise web background a strong advantage
• Comfortable operating as an embedded, long-term resource
