Senior Project Manager

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Projects Manager with an Engineering or Architecture background to oversee the development of our healthcare portfolio. This is a challenging role that involves active travel, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of healthcare facility projects, including hospitals and clinics across EMEA.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with operational goals.

- Oversee facility operations commissioning and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

- Assess and manage space programs, zoning, and technical aspects of projects.

- Utilize AutoCAD expertise to review and adjust technical drawings.

- Maintain open communication with the CEO and report on project progress, challenges, and opportunities.

- Foster relationships with relevant authorities and organizations to facilitate project execution.

- ⁠Worked and executed hospitals and clinics as projects from start to finish

- ⁠ experience on Mixed use projects will be a benefit

- ⁠knowledge of preparing BOQ and following development guidelines for International Healthcare Standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare facilities development.

- Strong knowledge of facility operations, quality management, and project delivery.

- In-depth working knowledge of AutoCAD and related design software.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently for project site visits and based on short to medium term across International locations.

- ⁠GCC and Africa projects will be an advantage
