Senior Project Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects end-to-end, from shop drawings and material approvals through production, site installation, and handover.

Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.

Manage project programme, budget, quality, site progress, and material logistics from factory to site.

Ensure successful delivery of large-scale and residential marble, natural stone, cladding, and finishes packages.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in marble, natural stone, cladding, or finishes projects; UAE experience essential.

Proven experience delivering large-scale and residential fit-out packages.

Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, stone slab selection, and installation methods.

Experience managing multiple projects and project teams. UAE driving licence preferred.
