Senior Property Consultant

Xceed Properties, a leading real estate company based in Dubai Hills, is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Property Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in sales, banking, insurance, or real estate who are passionate about property and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.

-Utilize your sales skills to convert leads into successful deals.

-Maintain a high level of knowledge about current market trends, property values, and new developments in the Dubai area.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

-Participate in roadshows and other marketing activities to promote Xceed Properties and attract potential clients.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in sales, banking, insurance, or real estate.

-Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or French are a plus.

-A valid driving license is advantageous.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
