We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at a reputable building contracting company.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing cost control, budgeting, and contract administration across multiple construction projects – ensuring financial success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full spectrum of cost management and commercial control
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
• Lead procurement and subcontractor management
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Support project teams to ensure commercial objectives are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in construction (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local contracts, and cost systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
