Senior Quantity Surveyor

Desert Landscape is currently expanding its team and is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its operations in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in commercial and contractual management within construction or landscaping projects.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in overseeing project costs, managing contracts, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle while collaborating closely with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial and contractual aspects of landscaping and construction projects

• Monitor project budgets and ensure effective cost control measures are in place

• Manage variations, claims, and project valuations accurately

• Prepare and review financial reports related to project performance

• Ensure smooth contract administration from project initiation to completion

• Coordinate with project teams to address commercial and contractual matters

• Support decision-making by providing financial insights and cost analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction or landscaping projects

• Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and contract administration

• Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional project teams

• Solid understanding of commercial management practices in the construction industry

• Degree in Civil Engineering or HND in Quantity Surveying
