We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate brokerage. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-performing real estate professionals while supporting the company’s growth objectives in a competitive market.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Real Estate Agents, Sales Managers, Leasing Consultants, Marketing & Support Roles
  • Source Arabic-speaking talent through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and industry networks
  • Proactively headhunt experienced real estate professionals in the UAE market
  • Screen candidates for sales capability, market knowledge, and cultural fit
  • Conduct HR interviews in Arabic and English
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower planning and recruitment strategy
  • Prepare offer letters and support onboarding formalities
  • Maintain a strong agent and leadership talent pipeline
  • Track recruitment KPIs and market hiring trends in UAE real estate
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

 

Requirements -

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory) – Fluent in Arabic and English
  • 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in the UAE
  • Prior experience in real estate brokerage or property consultancy is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of broker commission structures and agent profiles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to close candidates in a competitive hiring market
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and recruitment best practices is an advantage
