Senior Recruiter

Description:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong background in the construction or contracting industry to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, project, and site-based positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit engineers, quantity surveyors, project managers, and site personnel.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified construction professionals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Mandatory recruitment experience within the construction or contracting industry.
• Strong understanding of construction roles and technical requirements.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• UAE recruitment experience preferred.
