At the same time, our relevance and success in India is not guaranteed - users have many options and platforms with deeper engagement, established mental models, low effort and ‘good enough’ trust.
India's Search usage has grown but there is still a massive opportunity to grow at 2X-3X speed. With growing competition, business opportunities, and evolving consumer needs - the battle for preference is real.
