Description:
We are looking for a results-oriented and technically proficient Senior Sales Engineer with proven experience in selling Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs). The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, a strong network within the UAE market, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of AHU and FCU systems by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client project requirements and propose suitable HVAC solutions in line with technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical submittals, quotations, and tenders.
- Deliver product presentations and attend technical meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with AHU and FCU products.
- Strong technical background in HVAC systems and components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
