Description:
Support and enhance SAP HR systems, manage daily operations, and assist with system integrations and new business ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first-level support for SAP HR applications and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with users and vendors to define requirements and resolve incidents.
- Monitor integrations (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, non-SAP) and escalate failures.
- Ensure all changes follow approval, testing, and deployment protocols.
- Document configurations and share system knowledge.
- Lead SuccessFactors implementations and configure modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding).
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors releases and recommend improvements.
- Support user training, testing, and issue resolution.
- Lead S4HANA HCM implementations and configure modules (PA, OM, Payroll).
- Knowledge of CPI integration between SuccessFactors and S4HANA

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors Admin Expert Certification.
- 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, including S4HANA -Payroll support
- Experience in HR processes and luxury retail.
- Integration expertise (CPI, SFTP,API), payroll (UAE, KSA, International), and reporting (SF Canvas/Table).
Skills
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate), excellent English communication.
- SAP technical knowledge (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll).
- Experience in software development, bug fixing, and database design.
- Passion for digital technology and innovation.
- Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors (EC, RCM/RMK, Onboarding/Offboarding), CPI, and the S/4HANA HCM Payroll module.
